Industrial & Electronic Performance Films

Many of our films are used in hundreds of industrial, packaging, imaging, printing, Electronics, technical and consumer products. We can supply the world's broadest range of high-quality polyester films. We are also experienced in converting many Dupont films such as Melinex® a biaxially oriented polyester film. Our complete family of Dupont films includes Kapton® Polyimide film, Mylar® Melinex® Polyester Film, Nomex® high temperature insulation amongst many others.

Sheet Screen & Resin Dome Films

Durable pressure sensitive films for decorative, warning, instruction and identification labels coated with a range of high performance adhesives designed to withstand environmental extremes. Labels remain firmly adhered to maintain the manufacturer's image throughout the product life. Materials offer excellent lay-flat characteristics for multiple pass sheet fed printing.

Security

Durable tamper-evident films designed to protect against fraudulent warranty claims and product tampering. Polyester films reveal a clear non-reversible VOID message upon removal and PVC products fracture upon attempted removal, preventing subsequent re-application.

High Temperature

A range of materials designed to resist extreme high temperatures. Rated to constant operating temperatures of 200°C to 800°C these products are designed for specialist, automotive, electronic and industrial uses.

Overlaminates

Gloss, matt and textured films designed to increase durability of labels, nameplates and digitally printed images. Ultra-clear films, backed with polyester release liners, offer superior adhesive smoothness and are ideal for overlaminating dark or metallised images.

Window, Graphic & Media films

Contra Vision® Digital XR™ film is designed to enable the creation of one-way window graphics. The printed design is not viewable from the other side. The reverse side provides a clear tinted view through the panel. A Part Processed Material (PPM) is printed via solvent or eco-solvent ink-jet and then 'lines of print' can be removed leaving the required ink layers in truly exact registration to provide the necessary see-through areas.

LUMISTY® is the view control window film that has captured the imagination of leading interior designers and architects. Its amazing ability to control what can be seen and not seen has given rise to many distinctive and practical uses. Applied to windows LUMISTY® allows you to create invisible viewing angles. This can be used to block unsightly views, create unique privacy effects or draw a customer's attention to a product in a retail display.

Texturelite™ film provides personal privacy when applied to glass partitioning, windows and balustrades. These unique textured films are designed for digital printing via eco-solvent ink-jet. Texturelite™ films enable designers and architects to combine privacy with decorative printed images. Texturelite™ offers built in UV protection thereby reducing damaging UV transmission which causes fading and discolouration to fabrics and furnishing.

Wincos© allows designers and architects to transform windows into vibrant advertising, design and corporate identity opportunities. Wincos© is designed to offer the highest level of see-through vision available. The unique SSJ topcoating is designed for printing with solvent based inks and has been tested and approved by many leading printer manufacturers. Now you can use your UV ink-jet printer to transform flat glass into vibrant advertising, design and corporate identity opportunities. Application of printed Wincos© UV film onto glass enhances the working environment and by selectively printing areas introduces both decoration and privacy.
