Industrial & Electronic Performance Films
Many of our films are used in hundreds of industrial, packaging, imaging, printing, Electronics, technical and consumer products. We can supply the world's broadest range of high-quality polyester films. We are also experienced in converting many Dupont films such as Melinex® a biaxially oriented polyester film. Our complete family of Dupont films includes Kapton® Polyimide film, Mylar® Melinex® Polyester Film, Nomex® high temperature insulation amongst many others.
Our commodity supply integration service has expanded our product range into specialized industrial materials such as laminates and insulation materials. These specialist products are used in the industries of aerospace, rail, automotive, marine, defense, white goods manufacturing, electrical and electronics. Our quality approvals currently include BAE, Airbus, ISO 9001 and will soon include AS9100.
Flexible Electrical Insulation Materials
In addition to the rigid laminates, we supply a range of flexible electrical insulation products also known as combined flexibles. These products can be supplied in sheet or roll form or alternatively we have punching forming, and guillotining facilities. Due to the versatile nature of these materials, (electrical resistance, thermal rating, easily folded / formed, and the ability to guillotine / punch), there is a wide range of uses for these materials. Typical uses include, but are not limited to the following: Circuit Board Insulation Barriers, Oil & Dry Transformer Insulation, Slots for Electric Motor Repair, Coil Insulation (Microwaves / Rotating Machines / Transformers), High Frequency Plastic Welding, and Terminal Insulation & Semiconductor Insulation Pads.
